These Terms of Use apply to your use of High-Growth Playbooks’ Playbook Delivery System (“the PDS”), a learning and development platform provided by Single Sauce Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using PDS, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. About the Playbook Delivery System
The PDS provides learning, development and related content and tools to individuals through our web platform and, where enabled by your organisation, through Microsoft Teams.
The PDS is hosted and operated by Single Sauce Limited.
2. Access through your organisation
Your access to the PDS may be provided by your employer or another organisation with which you are associated.
Your organisation may determine who is entitled to access the PDS and may add, change or remove access in accordance with its agreement with us.
These Terms of Use apply to individual users of the PDS. Where your organisation has entered into a separate agreement with Single Sauce Limited, that agreement governs the commercial relationship between us and your organisation. If there is any conflict between these Terms and that agreement in relation to the organisation’s use of the PDS, the separate agreement will take precedence.
3. Your account and Microsoft sign-in
The PDS may use Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Teams to identify and authenticate you.
You are responsible for using the PDS only through an account that you are authorised to use and for keeping your Microsoft 365 and other authentication credentials secure.
You must not attempt to access another person’s account or obtain access to areas of the PDS that you are not authorised to use.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the PDS for the learning, development and business purposes for which access has been provided to you.
You must not:
- attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the PDS;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the PDS, its systems or data;
- introduce malicious software, automated attacks or other harmful material;
- copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the PDS content except where we have expressly permitted this;
- use the PDS in a way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of another person; or
- attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent technical controls within the platform.
5. The PDS content
The content, design, software, branding and other materials made available through the PDS are owned by Single Sauce Limited or used by us with permission.
We grant you a limited right to access and use the PDS content for your own authorised learning and development purposes while you have access to the service.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, this does not give you ownership of the content. You do not have the right to reproduce, publish, sell or distribute it outside the PDS.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, improve or change the PDS and its content from time to time.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee that the PDS will always be available without interruption. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues or services provided by third parties.
7. Third-party services
The PDS may integrate with or use services provided by third parties, including Microsoft services used for authentication and Teams integration and third-party services used to deliver content such as video.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms and policies.
8. Privacy and personal data
We process personal data in connection with the PDS in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at:

Where your organisation has entered into a separate data protection or data processing agreement with us, that agreement also applies to the relevant processing of personal data.
9. Learning and development content
The PDS is intended to support learning and professional development. It does not comprise legal or other professional advice and you must not rely on it as though it is professional advice. You are recommended to take advice from a professionally qualified adviser before making key decisions or choices which involve risk.
The content provided through the PDS is general learning and development material. You and your organisation remain responsible for decisions and actions taken on the basis of that content.
10. Suspension or termination of access
We may suspend or restrict access to the PDS where reasonably necessary to protect the security or integrity of the service, comply with legal requirements, respond to misuse, or give effect to the terms of our agreement with your organisation.
Your access may also end if your organisation removes your access or its agreement with us ends.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, Single Sauce Limited will not be responsible to an individual user for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the PDS.
Where the PDS is provided to you through your employer or another organisation under a separate agreement with us, our contractual liability in relation to the provision of the service is governed by that agreement.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example where the PDS changes or where legal or regulatory requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page together with the date it was last updated.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any rights that apply to you under applicable law.
