Choose a Playbook to cover a strategically important area of your business. You can license an individual Playbook, or a complete Library for joined-up capability across a whole function.

Connect in minutes

Share your Azure ID, and your adminstrator gets immediate access. No complex integration, no new systems to learn no IT project. Everything works inside your Azure environment with SSO.

Allocate to your people

Your administrator assigns each person to the right Playbook. Each person gets the version built for them: same core content, right depth, right angle but customised for their role and seniority.

Learning inside Teams

Your people access their Playbooks directly through Microsoft Teams, pinned to their sidebar, ready when they need it. No separate login, no new platform to learn.

Playbooks, Modules & Steps

Each Playbook is built the same way.

Each Playbook is organised into Modules and each Module is broken into Steps: short, focused units of learning that can be completed in a single sitting.

Each Step follows the HGP Learning Model, a structure built around the principle that real behavioural change requires more than knowledge. Each Step moves from knowledge, through engagement, understanding, and application, with reflection and interactive content built in throughout.

Built on the HGP Framework

Every Playbook in every Library is built on the HGP Framework, our proprietary, research-grounded model for how high growth businesses operate well across every function.
The HGP Framework is not a single model. It's a family of Library-level Framework Models, each developed over years of research and practitioner experience, covering every functional area of the business from Strategy and Leadership to Performance Management, Culture, and Growth.
Within each Library Framework, a set of focused mini-models addresses the specific topics that matter most. In Performance Management, for example, the Framework includes dedicated models for Goals, Feedback, and the CPMOS, the HGP Continuous Performance Management Operating System that defines the full annual cycle of conversations, check-ins and reviews.
This means every Playbook, regardless of the Library, audience, or topic, uses consistent language, consistent models, and consistent standards.
